Joachim Kugoth was appointed Managing Director Human Resources of Telefónica O2 Germany GmbH & Co. OHG in January 2010.
Since 1998, he has been responsible for the Human Resources Department at Telefónica O2 Germany. Prior to this, he worked as Director Human Resources for the Deutsche Bahn AG and as Human Resources Manager for Allianz AG and Alcatel. He completed his master in business administration and national economics at the University of Hohenheim.
Joachim Kugoth who was born in Westphalia and grew up in Stuttgart is married and has two children.
